Ordering

Orders can be placed five ways: with our secure online shopping cart, fax, or by calling our retail store (325) 884-3100.

If ordering by fax, please fax your detailed order and payment information to  (325) 884-3257.

Payment

Mudhouse Candle Co. accepts credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  You also have the option of using your credit card via PayPal. If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, these may be sent to:

If using our secure online shopping cart, please write your order number on the front of your check or money order.  Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged $25.  (Please note: your candles will not be shipped until your personal check or money order clears.)

Processing

Of course, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx, unless otherwise requested.  Mudhouse Candle Co. reserves the right to choose the shipping method if a preference is not indicated in the comment box during check out. We discourage payment and shipping C.O.D., because of the cost it adds to your candles,etc. You will be notified when your candles have shipped and the shipping method used.

Returns

We're confident that you'll be happy with all of your purchases with us, but if you feel there is a quality issue or that a mistake has been made by Mudhouse Candle Co., please send an email to:

sales@mudhousecandles.com

within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or replacement. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

The original, unburned item must be returned in order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement.  The refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed within five days of receipt of the returned product.  Customer must request package insurance at the time of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement due to damages during shipping.

Wholesale Orders

Please fax us a copy of your sales tax permit in order to gain access to our wholesale page or simply send an email to sales@mudhousecandles.com for our wholesale prices and policies.
